Quantum-Assisted Closed-Loop Deposition (QACLD): A Metrology-Driven Framework for Nanoscale Fabrication (v2.1)
Nanoscale fabrication is constrained by the trade-off between probe-induced damage and measurement precision. Quantum-Assisted Closed-Loop Deposition (QACLD) separates quantum-enhanced measurement from physical actuation: quantum metrology reconstructs local material states and drives conventional electrostatic, magnetic, and beam-steering actuators in a measure–reconstruct–actuate–verify–correct loop — a rigorous, falsifiable framework for printing matter at the atomic level to create newer, stronger materials.
